terrorism in kenya

      Due to the increasing number or terrorism in Kenya people,the public are requested to be carrying they id to avoid them being put to custody,but this has become a big deal  to many,the government officials has introduce a policy of kill to shot.The question is will the common wananchi be affected by this policy.will innocent people lost their live, therefore the government should therefore promise that if any innocent die he/she will be compesited or their families.this will prevent the officer from killing anybody at any point.let the people be protected and let the public enjoy the security
